My employment concerns being a project leader during a large project, lasting three years, to completely renew and implement the so called "VOS-MOS-MAS", which is the system that notifies and alarms nurses in case a patient requires attention. Not only every device imaginable in nursing is involved, but due to the complexity (IT systems, governance, patient logistics) it also requires a multidisciplinary approach with many stakeholders. Furthermore, as part of my employment I am also a qualified medical engineer trainee at the University of Eindhoven, which is a post master degree in engineering (EngD) study focused on hospital environments.
